The Okanagan is waking up from its sleepy winter slumber and giving us some much needed sunshine and the first blooms of spring. Hooray! When Jessica and Jordon informed us they wanted to come to Kelowna during the first week of April for their engagement shoot, we were a little concerned about the barren landscapes and cold weather. But behold, we quickly remembered Kelowna’s Mill Creek Park – home of large evergreen cedars, a gorgeous waterfall, and beautiful golden long grasses and our mind was put at ease. This was our first time meeting Jessica and Jordon, who hail from Edmonton. We immediately loved their easy going-ness (is that a word?), laughter, and overall genuine sweetness. We even spotted the first yellow flowers of spring hidden among the tall grasses – how sweet! On July 7th, Jessica and Jordon are getting married at Summerhill Winery in Kelowna. Congratulations you two! We’re so looking forward to capturing your beautiful day!
