Lindsay and Mitch wanted a vintage inspired photoshoot, so after researching some possibilities, we were excited that on our scheduled day the Caravan Farm Theatre located in Armstrong was having an outdoor Farmer’s Market. For those of you who have never been to the Caravan Farm Theatre: “You need to GO!!!” Tucked away in the country on sprawling acreage, this theatre company which dates back to 1978, hosts amazing live theatre which take place outside in the great outdoors. There really is nothing like it and we highly encourage all of you reading this to support the arts and head down to one of their spectacular shows. A huge thank you to Sean, the general manager, for granting us permission to use this beautiful venue for our photoshoot!
We had never met Lindsay or Mitch before the shoot, so when we arrived we were thrilled to see how awesome their outfits and styling were. Lindsay makes vintage inspired jewelry and sells her creations at the local Farmer’s Market just outside of Edmonton in Alberta. Together as a couple they spend a lot of time at Farmer’s Markets so this was such a great location for them. We’re officially in love with this engagement session and can’t think of how it could get any cuter!
Thanks Lindsay & Mitch for your creativity and awesome style. We had so much fun wandering through the market, listening to live music, and going for a wagon ride. We can’t wait to photograph your wedding at Summerhill Winery next June!!!
A beautiful bracelet made out of antique silverware caught Lindsay’s eye and Mitch purchased it for her…awww. What a great keepsake from the day!
