Over a year ago we had the opportunity to do a photoshoot for Ryan to use in the rebranding of his Okanagan-based videography business – Last Cut Videography www.lastcut.ca. These shots were dramatic black and white studio portraits that intended to show off Ryan’s professionalism and dynamic energy.
We were honoured once again to produce a new collection of portraits for Ryan a couple of weeks ago. This time with a more casual and relaxed approach. Ryan is probably the most outgoing and easy to direct guy that we have ever photographed. After catching up over a drink at the Old Train Station Public House in Kelowna we shot a few portraits using the pub’s patio doors and historical cobblestone wall, then moved to an alley close by and lastly to a train yard to provide a wide variety of locations.
